Michael Dean Campbell born June 9, 1957 departed this life on Monday April 18, 2022 at his residence in Hazard being 64-years old. Michael was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Morris Campbell and the late Polinia Deaton Campbell. Other than his Parents, Michael was also preceded in death by his Wife, Carla Campbell; Brother, James S. Campbell; Nephew, William Michael Campbell.

Michael Dean Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Son, Michael Brandon Campbell & Traci of Nashville, TN; Granddaughter, Tristen Scout Campbell of Sassafras; Sister, Zoella Shuler of Kingsport, TN; Nephew, James Wesley Campbell of Hazard; Nieces, Tracy Parker of Kingsport, TN, Amanda Shuler of Folly Beach, S.C.; Special Friend, Eddie Moore of Hazard. A host of other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Michael Dean Campbell will be conducted on Saturday April 23, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Dale Hanlon officiating. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M.
