Odabe Halcomb born August 8, 1936 departed this life on Thursday January 18, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 87-years old.  Odabe was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Kermit Halcomb and the late Bertha Halcomb.  Other than his parents, Odabe was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Halcomb; daughter, Debra Kerns; also a host of brothers and sisters.

Odabe Halcomb leaves the following to cherish his memory: son, Sam Halcomb of Leatherwood, Kentucky; also a host of many friends and relatives survive.

Visitation for Odabe Halcomb will be conducted on Friday January 26, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M.  The Funeral Service will follow on Friday at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Willie Harris officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Spencer Cemetery located at Leatherwood, Kentucky.
