Oma Kelly born December 20, 1945 departed this life on Tuesday – June 24, 2025 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 79-years old.  Oma was born in Scuddy, Kentucky the daughter of the late Dennis Mitchell Wells and the late Bertha Trent Wells.  Other than her parents, Oma was also preceded in death by 13-brothers & sisters.  Oma was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and attended the Lotts Creek United Baptist Church.

Oma Kelly leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband, Timothy Kelly of Hazard; two sons, Douglas Ray Ritchie of Hazard and Blaine Stewart Kelly & Amanda of Mt. Vernon, IN; daughter, Rachel Marie Everage & Robbie of Campbellsville, KY; brothers, Ronnie Wayne Wells, Raymond Wells and Frank Wells all of Somerset, KY; sister, Carolyn Ann Wells of Somerset, KY; 5-grandchildren, 13-great grandchildren, and 1-great great grandchild; also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Oma Kelly will be held on Thursday – June 26, 2025 at the Lotts Creek United Baptist Church from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be held at the Lotts Creek United Baptist Church on Friday – June 27, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. with Charles Ed Smith & Robbie Everage officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Oscar Kelly Family Cemetery located at Lotts Creek, Kentucky.  In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
