Paige Nicole "Nikki" Feltner born September 6, 1990, departed this life on Saturday – January 17, 2026, at the Hazard A.R.H. being 35-years old.  Nikki was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of Brenda Sue Davidson and the late Utah Feltner.  Other than her father, Nikki was also preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather, Bobby Cornett and a host of Aunts & Uncles.

Paige Nicole "Nikki" Feltner leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Mother, Brenda Sue Davidson & Dexter of Hazard, KY; Grandmother, Martha Greer of Hazard, KY; Sisters: Paula Bush of Hazard and Mary Rose Feltner & Sherman Collins of Hazard, KY; Niece, Cassaundra Hamblin; Special Friend, Shane Turner of Chicago, Illinois; also a host of Cousins, and other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Nikki Feltner will be held on Friday – January 23, 2026, at the Maple Street Church of God from 5:00 – 6:00 P.M.  A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6:00 P.M. at the Maple Street Church of God with Pastor Mike Smith officiating.
