Pamela Irene Spencer born January 29, 1951 departed this life on Saturday February 15, 2025 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 74-years old.  Pamela was born at Combs, Kentucky the daughter of the late Jesse & Minnie Sego.  Other than her parents, Pamela was also preceded in death by her brother, Jim Sego.

Pamela Irene Spencer leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband of 55-years, Robert Spencer of Combs, KY; sons, John Spencer & Jennifer of Mooresburg, TN and David Spencer of Combs, KY; brother, Steve Sego & Ann of Stanford, KY; grandchildren, Candie Rouse and Austin Spencer; great-grandchildren, Roman Gipson, Rinlee Gipson, and Canaan Rouse; sister-in-law, Viola Sego of Austin, IN; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.
