Pat Lewis born December 27, 1950 departed this life on Sunday – October 11, 2026 at her residence in Hazard, Kentucky being 75-years old. Pat was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Bud Collins and the late Eva Bush Collins. Other than her parents, Pat was also preceded in death by her son, Joel Lewis; sister, Jenny Feltner; brother, John Collins; nephews, Johnny Collins and Floyd Feltner, Jr.

Pat Lewis leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: daughter, Patricia Velasco & Terry of Hazard, KY; son, Michael Lewis of Hazard, KY; sister, Debbie Miller of Hazard, KY; brother, Bud Collins, Jr. of Hazard, KY; beloved pet, Petie; also a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Pat Lewis will be held on Tuesday – October 13, 2026 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. A Memorial Service will follow on Tuesday – October 13, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Chad Campbell officiating.
