Patricia Lee Gayheart born May 17, 1953 departed this life on Saturday February 8, 2025 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 71-years old.  Patricia was born in Bulan, Kentucky the daughter of the late Charles A. Fugate and the late Bobbie Jean Napier Fugate.  Patricia was also preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy Denise Fugate; sister, Karen Fugate.

Patricia Lee Gayheart leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: two brothers, Fred Fugate & Tina of Wooton, KY and Charles Fugate & Connie of Corbin, KY; three sisters, Libby Ferlise of Middletown, OH, Barbara McKenzie & Brian of Texas, Linda Bloomer & Ralph of Lexington, KY; grandchild, Jachob Fugate of Atlanta, Georgia; special friend, Greg Peters of Lothair; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Patricia Lee Gayheart will be conducted on Monday February 10, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 12:00 P.M. with Paul Sluss and Jesse Paul Wagers officiating.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Monday from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
