Paul King

Paul King born December 10, 1942, departed this life on Friday – September 18, 2026 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 83-years old. Paul was born in Kenmont, Kentucky, the son of the late Forest King and the late Tola Cornett King. Other than his parents, Paul was also preceded in death by his son, James “Jimbo” Gregory King; and sister, Carol Hart.

Paul King leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 63 Years Marilyn King; sons, Paul Alan King (JoAnne), Jeffrey Wayne King, Lee Brandon King (Bailey); brothers, James Edgar King (Debbie), Jerry Lee King, Stephen King (Jennifer); sister, Fern King; sisters-in -law, Joyce Coots (Jeff), Charlotte Barnett; special family friend, Donna Gail; and a host of grandchildren, and great grandchildren survive.

Visitation for Paul King will be held on Monday – September 21, 2026 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 P.M. till 2:00 P.M. Funeral Services will follow immediately on Monday at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Haven King speaking. The Interment will follow in Frances Branch Cemetery located at Jeff, Kentucky.
