Paul David "Pete" Holland born October 29, 1953 departed this life on Friday October 4, 2024 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky being 70-years old.  Pete was born in Detroit, Michigan the son of the late Paul Holland and the late Betty Marcum Morris.  Other than his parents, Pete was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim & Hailey Holland; daughter, Effie Betty Holland; brother, Johnny Ray; sister, June Gross; father-in-law, Willie Wagers and mother-in-law, Effie Wagers.  Pete was a self-employed contractor for many years, also served as Chief Deputy Jailor at the Perry County Jail for 18-years, but most of all he loved his family dearly, his wife, children and grandchildren was his life.

Paul David "Pete" Holland leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Judy Ann Holland; daughters, Tracy Callahan & Paul, Treasa Neace & Kelvin, and Santanna Fugate & Dustin; grandchildren, Brandy & Ricky, Hailey & Victor, Hannah & Rob, Kevin Scott, Brayden, McKenzie, Konnor, Raylenn, and Ethan; great-grandchildren, Victor Allen, McKenna, Ricky, Zayden, and Lakelynn; special niece & nephew, Kaliah & Gavin; siblings, Sandy, Donna, Julie, Treasa, Jennifer, Anna, and James; special friend, Paul Michael Melton & Crystal; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Paul David "Pete" Holland will be held on Tuesday October 8, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday October 9, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Jesse Paul Wagers and Ken Miller officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Hiner Cemetery located at Bulan, Kentucky.
