Perry Irving Combs born August 21, 1966 departed this life on Monday – March 17, 2025 at his residence in Avawam, Kentucky being 58-years old.  Perry was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Charlie Combs and the late Marbeth Combs.

Perry Irving Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 33-years, Debra Combs of Avawam, Kentucky; sons, Charles Combs of Hazard, KY and Dariean Combs of Avawam, KY; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.
