Randal Combs born April 24, 1976 departed this life on Friday September 20, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 48 years old. Randal was born in Hazard, Kentucky and was preceded in death by adopted parents, Burley J.C. Combs and Jean Combs; brothers, Michael Lee Combs and infant brother; sister, Peggy Hurd; a host of aunts, uncles and grandparents. Randal could always be found at community social events, as they included good music and food and was always the life of the party.

Randal Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: father, Cleveland Collins & Artha; mother, Judy Combs & Allen; son, Randal Combs; daughters, Cheyenne Combs and Tanaya Combs; brothers, Matthew Collins and Donald Combs; sisters, Melinda Davis, Tiffany Mullins & Eddie, Donna Combs, Artha Collins, Kathy Combs, Judy & Allen Combs and Emma Arrowood; one grandchild, Brenden McFall; special fur friend, Zeva Davis.

Visitation for Randal Combs will be conducted on Saturday September 28, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday September 28, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. B.J. Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the Collins Family Cemetery located at Letcher County, Kentucky.
