Raymond was born in Hazard, Kentucky and was preceded in death by his Step-Dad, L.H. "John" Neace; Brother, Derek Fugate; Aunt, Irma White; Grandfather, Danny Dale White; Great-Grandparents, Genova & Arch Collins. Raymond worked at Fugate's Bowling Alley for 12 years and loved to play video games and go bowling.

Funeral Services for Raymond Randall "Ray Ray" White will be conducted on Friday November 10, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Gospel Light Baptist Church with Merrill David Collins officiating. The Interment will follow in the White Cemetery located at Sixteen Mile. The Visitation will be at the Gospel Light Baptist Church on Thursday evening after 6:00 P.M.
