Rhonda Brashear

Rhonda Brashear born September 3, 1963, departed this life on Tuesday – August 11, 2026, at the University of Louisville Hospital being 62-years old.  Rhonda was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of Ronnie Rice and Patricia Keith Rice.  Rhonda was a member of the Happy Freewill Baptist Church.

Rhonda Brashear leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: parents, Ronnie & Patricia Rice of Viper, KY; sons, Bryan Feltner & Amanda of Winchester, KY; Randy Feltner & Sammie of Indiana; step daughter, Rikeigh Brashear of Viper, KY: brothers, Melvin Rice & Vickie of Viper, Ky,  Ronnie Rice II & Melanie of Viper, KY; sister, Regina Rice & Jenny of Viper, KY; grandchildren, Emma, Abby, Millie, Joey, Kaylee, Logan, Gabe, and Xander. Also, a host of other relatives, friends, and church families survive.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday – August 15, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the Happy Freewill Baptist Church with Rodney Smith officiating.  Interment will follow at the Rice Family Cemetery located at Scuddy, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Happy Freewill Baptiste Church on Friday August 14, 2026 from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
