Richard Allen Campbell born March 4, 1969 departed this life on Sunday June 4, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 54-years old. Richard was born in Huntington, Indiana the son of the late Paul Eugene Campbell, Jr. And the late Ethel Rose Stacy Campbell. Other than his Parents, Richard was also preceded in death by his Grandparents, Paul Eugene Campbell, Sr. & Virginia Campbell, Dewey Earl Stacy & Nancy Stacy; Granddaughter, Luna Nicole Gray; Brother, Paul Eugene Campbell III; Four Nephews, Tyson Andrew Campbell, Shawn Wesley Combs, Joseph Scott Williams, and Hunter Jace Shepherd.

Richard Allen Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife, Dawn Marie Campbell of Happy; Two Daughters, Cheyann Nichole Campbell of Slemp, Riquel Diamond Campbell of Bonnyman; Son, Aaron Michael Campbell of Huntington, IN; Four Sisters, Jennifer Combs & Randy of Lexington, KY, Lorie Rexroad & Mark of Lexington, KY, Stacy Campbell & Thomas Reed of Jeff, KY, Heather Combs & Jeremy Ardery of Lexington, KY; Two Brothers, Rex Campbell & Michelle Parker of Huntington, IN, Michael Campbell & Sue of Slemp; Special Friends, John Shillings, Rob & Debbie Gibson, Brian Combs, and Shaky Frank Combs. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

A Celebration of Life for Richard Allen Campbell will be conducted on Wednesday June 7, 2023 at the Cornettsville Fire Department from 5:00 till 8:00 P.M. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations towards the funeral expenses.
