Richard Lewis Flanigan born August 12, 1941 departed this life on Sunday April 21, 2024 at his residence in Bulan, Kentucky being 82 years old. Richard was born in Detroit, Michigan the son of the late Peter Flanigan and the late Dorothy McQuson. Other than his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Lansing; brothers, Gerald Flanigan, Joseph Flanigan.

Richard Lewis Flanigan leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: daughter, Regina Colwell & John of Bulan; son, Richard Flanigan, Jr. of Goshen, OH; sisters, Kathy Geyman of Wilmington, OH. Patricia Hall of Cincinnati, OH. A host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends survive.
