Rickie Lynn Kincer born January 29, 1956 departed this life on Tuesday October 31, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 67-years old. Rickie was born in Mayking, Kentucky the daughter of Serita Fay Mcfall and the late Jack Mcfall and was also preceded in death by her Grandparents. Rickie enjoyed crocheting.

Great-Grandchild, Avery. A host of other relatives and friends survive.
