Ricky Goins born November 25, 1967 departed this life on Thursday March 23, 2023 at his residence in Hazard being 55-years old. Ricky was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Donald Goins and the late Jennifer Goins. Other than his Parents, Ricky was also preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents, Willard Goins & Margaret; Maternal Grandparents, Thomas Jefferson Collett & Agnes Couch. Ricky loved to play basketball, spending time outside, was a loving husband, father, brother and avid U.K. fan.

Ricky Goins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife of 31 years,  Kelly Dawn Goins of Hazard; Three Sons, Dylan Blaise Goins of Hazard, Dalton Bryce Goins of Hazard, Dakota Blake Rusty Goins of Hazard; Sister, Donna Lewis & Abe of Hazard; Brother, Jamie Goins & Jennifer of Hazard; Special Cousins, Carl Collier "Hot Rod" and Johnny Collier. A host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Ricky Goins will be conducted on Wednesday March 29, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home, Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery at Jeff, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.
