Ricky Pearl Strong born April 6, 1958 departed this life on Thursday February 29, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 65-years old. Ricky was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Pearl Strong and the late Orleana Combs Strong. Other than his parents, Ricky was also preceded in death by One Brother, John Fitzgerald Strong; Sister, Rhonda Marie Tucker. Ricky was a Member of the Gospel Light Baptist Church and The Gideons.

Ricky Pearl Strong leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Loving & Devoted Wife, Nanette Strong of Hazard; Sons, Richard Tivis & Cheryl of Prestonsburg, KY, Ricky Joseph Strong of Hazard; Step-Son, Dennis Combs of Louisville, KY; Daughter, Shannon Slover & Troy of Hazard; Brother, William Ryder Strong & Diana of Dwarf. A host of Grandchildren and other relatives and friends survive.

Memorial Services for Ricky Pearl Strong will be conducted on Saturday March 9, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Gospel Light Baptist Church in Hazard with Pastor Chris Fugate officiating.
