Rita F. Hensley born August 23, 1948 departed this life on Tuesday December 3, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 76 years old. Rita was born in Leslie County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Andy Collins and the late Nancy Ann Couch. Other than her parents, Rita was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jesse Collins, Lee Collins and Granville Collins; sisters, Pearl Waterman and Oma Scott. Rita loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Rita F. Hensley leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband, Brack Hensley, Jr.; son, James Lee Collins of Hyden, KY; special daughter, Tammie Whitlow; grandchildren, James Adam Hensley, Nancy Hensley and Christopher Lee Collins. A host of nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends survive.
