Robert Lynn "Bogie" Crase, Sr.  born April 16, 1949 departed this life on Sunday June 16, 2024 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 75-years old.  Bogie was born in Hardburly, Kentucky the son of the late Leonard Crase and the late Virginia Lee Hurt Crase.  Other than his parents, Bogie was also preceded in death by his son, Robbie Crase.  Bogie worked for Equitable Resources for over 40 years and had been a member of the Big Branch Baptist Church for the past 35-years, enjoyed woodworking, watching his birds and loved his dog, Bailey.

Robert Lynn "Bogie" Crase, Sr. leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 55-years, Linda Crase of Bulan, KY; daughter, Gwen Gouge & Calvin of London, KY; son, Jamie Crase & Brandy of London, KY; five grandchildren, Jonathon Everidge & Krista, Jessica Crase, Bryan Gouge, Jennalee Crase, Jamielynn Crase; great-grandchild, Elijah Saldivar; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Robert Lynn "Bogie" Crase, Sr. on Wednesday June 19, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 7:00 P.M. with Rob Paddock and Chris Fugate officiating.  The Visitation will be held on Wednesday at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Big Branch Baptist Church at P.O.
