Robert Cleovis Sampsell born October 1, 1956 departed this life on Monday – November 3, 2025 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 69 years old.  Robert was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Elige Sampsell and the late Murrell Sampsell.  Other than his parents Robert was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Sampsell, and son Scott Sampsell.

Robert Sampsell loved to travel. Robert also enjoyed camping. Robert was a member of the Krypton Fire Department and was a member of the Masonic Lodge for years.

Robert Sampsell leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: daughter, Amber Sampsell; son, Randy Sampsell; brothers, Roger, and Arthur; sisters, Debbie, Louise, Wanda, and Bonnie; grandchildren, Dakota, and Matthew; great grandchild, Aurora; fiancée, Leah Barnes; dog, Big Baby Blue; also a host of other relatives survive.
