Roy Edward Combs born January 8, 1981 departed this life on Monday November 13, 2023 at the Ohio County Hospital in Hartford, Kentucky being 42-years old. Roy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Roy Combs and the late Carol Sue Combs. Other than his Parents, Roy was also preceded in death by One Sister, Lorene Couch; Grandparents, Estill & Rose Neace Combs. Roy was a Trucker by occupation and loved his truck, He was a Jack of all trades and took great pride in his family. Roy was a huge family man and was a friend to all.

Roy Edward Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife of 24-years, Melinda Combs of Eubank, KY; Sons, Noah Combs & Skyler of Mt. Vernon, KY, Jonah Combs of Eubank, KY, Kenton Combs of Eubank, KY, Jackson Combs of Eubank, KY; Daughters, Emily Combs of Eubank, KY, Grace Combs of Eubank, KY; Brothers, Ronnie Combs of Jackson, KY, Emanuel Combs of Hazard; Sisters, Goldie Everidge of Hiner, Corrina Farley of  Harlan, KY. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Roy Edward Combs will be conducted on Saturday November 18, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at the Clearfork Free Pentecostal Church of God with Roy Johnson officiating. The Interment will follow in the Johnson Cemetery located at Clearfork, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Clearfork Free Pentecostal Church of God on Friday evening after 6:00 P.M.
