Ryan Edward Turner born September 3, 1985 departed this life on Sunday August 27, 2023 at his residence in Hazard being 37-years old. Ryan was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Lela Earls and the late Dale Turner. Ryan loved racing and drawing.

Ryan Edward Turner leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Step-Father & Mother, Terry & Lela Earls; Mother of His Children, Amy Baker; Son, Carson Turner; Daughters, Zayla Turner and MaKayla Turner Brother, Rodney Turner; Sisters, Kelly Dean and Tina Cushman. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

A Memorial Service for Ryan Edward Turner will be conducted on Sunday September 3, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Sunday from 1:00 till 3:00 P.M.
