Sam Neace, born March 8, 1954 departed this life on Friday-July 24, 2026 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center being 72-years old. Sam was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Lesli Neace and the late Sally Neace, other than his parents Sam was also preceded in death by brothers: Scott Jerry Neace, Hopper Neace; sisters, Jane Bush, Mary Neace.

Sam Neace leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory; his wife of 54 years, Joyce Neace; sons, David Neace, Rodney Campbell; brother, Estill Neace; sister, Nori Collins; grandchildren, Jasmine Grubbs, Davlyn White, Jonathan Neace, Britani Neace, Bradley Neace, Bryan Neace; 13 great grandchildren, also a host, of other friends and family survive.

Funeral Services for Sam Neace will be conducted on Wednesday – July 29, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Chris Fugate Officiating. The Interment will follow in the Napier-Neace Cemetery located at Darbfork, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be held at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
