Samuel Wayne Sandlin born February 14, 1955 departed this life on Thursday January 11, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 68-years old. Samuel was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Burchell Sandlin and the late Geneva Jenkins Watts. Other than his parents, Samuel was also preceded in death by his Brothers, Burchell Sandlin and Kenny Ray Sandlin; Sisters, Ruth Combs and Christine Sandlin. Samuel loved playing the Guitar and Fishing.

Samuel Wayne Sandlin leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Daughters, Crystal Skiles of Richmond, KY, Susan Sandlin & Caleb Couch of Hazard; Son, Kenny Sandlin & Haley of OH; Three Sisters, Susan Burns & Ronnie of Hazard, Ruby Wallens of Hazard, Loretta Sandlin of OH; Five Grandchildren, Landon Feltner, Lashara Feltner, Rylan Skiles, Colton Couch, and Clyde Sandlin. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

A Memorial Service for Samuel Wayne Sandlin will be conducted on Saturday January 13, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. at the Kodak Church of the True Living God. Visitation will be at the Kodak Church of the True Living God on Saturday from 1:00 till 5:00 P.M.
