Sandra Joyce Caudill Smith born April 1, 1947 departed this life on Wednesday July 13, 2022 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 75-years old. Sandra was born at Blackey, Kentucky the daughter of the late Curt Caudill and the late Sarah Logan Caudill. Other than her parents, Sandra was also preceded in death by her Husband, Arthur B. Smith and a host of Brothers, Sisters, Nieces, and Nephews. Sandra was a Member of the Second Creek Church of God.

Sandra Joyce Caudill Smith leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Three Sons, Doug Smith & Andrea of Grapevine, David Smith & Wasanaa of Panama City, FL, Ronnie Curtis Smith & Charlotte of Busy; "Generic" Daughter, Angie Miller & Steve of Grapevine; Two Brothers, Charles Caudill & Patty of OH, John Wayne Caudill & Shirley of Letcher Co., KY; Two Sisters, Sadie Pat Tipton of Irvine, KY, Marsha Sams & Charles of Irvine, KY; Nine Grandchildren, Nicole Brown, Kyle Smith, Kelly Smith, Davey Smith, Victoria Smith, Kassandra Smith, Michael Smith, Jaxen Smith, and Pauly Smith; Four Great-Grandchildren, Cooper Brown, Abby Brown, Carson Brown, and Eleanor Couch. A host of Nieces, Nephews, and other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Sandra Joyce Caudill Smith will be conducted on Saturday July 16, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Merill David Collins officiating. The Interment will follow in the Griffith Cemetery located at Hallie, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M. In Lieu of flowers,  the family asks that donations be made to the Wells Hospice Care Center or to your local food bank.
