Stephen Douglas Napier born August 18, 1963 departed this life on Tuesday September 5, 2023 at his residence in Gays Creek, Kentucky being 60-years old. Stephen was born in Hazard, Kentucky and loved Serving the Lord, spending time with his family and grandchildren and fishing. Stephen had a huge impact on everyone that knew him.

Stephen Douglas Napier leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Parents, Steve & Mahala Napier of Dunraven, KY; Wife of 42-years, Anna Napier of Gays Creek, KY; Daughters, Heather Napier & Donald Smith of Hazard, Paige Gay & Blake of Gays Creek, KY; Special Great-Nephews, Clint Davidson and Terry Davidson; Grandchildren, Brody Gay, Roczen Gay, and Hayden Smith. A host of family and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Stephen Douglas Napier will be conducted on Friday September 8, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Bill Gamble officiating. The Interment will follow in the Spicer Cemetery located at Gays Creek, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
