Susie Baker born February 28, 1937 went Home to be with the Lord on Tuesday January 17, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 85-years old. Susie was born in Strong Branch, Kentucky the daughter of the late Malcom Neace and the late Cora Farler Neace. Other than her parents, Susie was also preceded in death by her Husband, Charles Edward Baker; One Son, Charles David Baker; One Sister, Laura Ellen Noble; Three Brothers, Dan Neace, Taylor Neace, and Jimmie Neace. Susie was a Member of the Holiness Church of God in Jesus Name at Gays Creek and loved playing music and singing.

Susie Baker leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Son, Danny Wayne Baker & Patricia of Gays Creek; Daughter, Patricia Hamblin & Son-In-Law, A.J. of Krypton; Two Brothers, Henry Neace & Elsie of Carlisle, OH, Malcom Neace & Faye of Brooksville, FL; Four Sisters, Bessie White of Scottsburg, IN, Francis Offill of Franklin, OH, Lucinda Bowling of Jackson, KY, Maxine Marshall & Don of Austin, IN; Sister-In-Laws, Betty Gail Neace of Dayton, OH, Gloria Jean Goldsmith of Carlisle, OH; Brother-In-Law, Donnie Baker of Columbus, OH; Grandchildren, Danny Wayne Baker, Jr., Cora Sue Dottry & Dallas, Adam Hamblin & Lyndsey, Sue Ellen Lunsford & Justin, Clarissa Baker; Great-Grandchildren, Madison Baker, Shalyne Baker, Kaden Baker, and Ada Lunsford. A host of nieces, nephews, and church family survive.

Funeral Services for Susie Baker will be conducted on Saturday January 21, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at the Holiness Church of God in Jesus Name at Gays Creek with Krouc Noble, Ken Miller, and Bobby Neace officiating. The Interment will follow in the Baker-Neace-Smith Cemetery at Gays Creek, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Holiness Church of God in Jesus Name on Friday evening after 6:00 P.M.
