Tammy Lynn Pollard Smith born July 24, 1970 departed this life on Tuesday October 15, 2024 at her residence in Bonnyman, Kentucky being 54 years old. Tammy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Roger Dean Miller and the late Amanda Lou Combs. Other than her parents, Tammy was also preceded in death by her grandparents, Elmer & Adna Pollard. Tammy was an avid "Queen" fan, and deeply cared for her family and friends. Tammy had one of the kindest souls and her smile could light up any room.

Tammy Lynn Pollard Smith leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband, Clifton Smith of Bonnyman; sons, Jeremy Bailey of Morehead, KY, Nicholas Bailey & Amanda of Lawrenceburg, KY; sister, Susann Miller Belt of Hazard; favorite uncle, Melvin Pollard; nine grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
