Teddy Eugene Simmons, Jr. born October 12, 1963 departed this life on Sunday May 21, 2023 at his residence in Combs, Kentucky being 59-years old. Teddy was born in Stewart, Florida the son of the late Teddy Simmons, Sr. and One Son, Teddy Eugene "Little Man" Simmons, III. Teddy loved working on small machines, four wheeling, watching NASCAR and shooting guns.

Teddy Eugene Simmons, Jr. leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Polly Haynes Simmons of Combs; Mother, Frances Aigottie; Son, Gary Haynes of Combs; Daughter, Samantha Haynes Davidson & Jody of Beattyville, KY; Sisters, Joan Cheddie & Naraish of Ft. Pierce, FL, Lynn Rhoat & Donald of Ft. Pierce, FL; Best Friends, Alvin "Crazy Al" Patrick and Louis "Louie" Roman; Grandchildren, Lynsey Haynes, Anahbell Knight, Jackson Simmons, Kane Haynes, and Aurora Baker.

A Celebration of Life for Teddy Eugene Simmons, Jr. will be conducted on Thursday May 25, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Dean DeMaris officiating. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M.
