Tina Marie Smith, born July 31, 1975, departed this life on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 50-years old. Tina was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late John Joseph Combs and the late Johnnie Dean Feltner.

Tina Smith leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband, Tony Smith; son, John Sizemore (Briana); daughter, Kristin Sampsell (Ryne); sisters, Sammy Neace, Jerri Sweet, Barbara Combs; grandchildren, Audi, Bailey, Yancy, Lainey, Aubree, Lauren, Rylne, Jayden. and other Relatives & Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Tina Smith will be conducted on Saturday – August 1, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Chris Fugate officiating. The Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery in Hazard, Kentucky. Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home Saturday from 12:00-2:00 P.M.
