Tommi Michelle Smith Lewis born May 31, 1969 departed this life on Friday January 6, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 52-years old. Tommi was born in Ary, Kentucky the daughter of Bernadette Fugate Smith and the late Thomas Mitchell Smith. Other than her father, Tommi was also preceded in death by her Husband, Christopher Lewis; Grandmother, Norma Lee Fugate Combs. Tommi worked as a Recreational Therapist for Seventeen years and loved her animals.

Tommi Michelle Smith Lewis leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Mother, Bernadette Fugate Smith of Dwarf; Sister, Kimberly Smith Estep & James of Dwarf; Dear Friend, Morris Gayheart; Nephew, Derrick Patrick; Great-Nephew, Tommy Patrick; Cousin, Lena Patrick; Fur Babies, Cassi and Precious Mini. A host of cousins and friends survive.

Graveside Services for Tommi Michelle Smith Lewis will be conducted on Monday January 9, 2023 at 12:00 P.M. at the Smith Cemetery located at Ary, Kentucky.
