Wanda Alice Halcomb Bandell born September 21, 1952 departed this life on Wednesday August 28, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky and was the daughter of the late Willie Benson Halcomb and the late Florida Elam. Other than her parents, Wanda was also preceded in death by her brother, Levi Lundy Halcomb.

At Wanda's request, no services will be be held and no donations will be accepted.
