Warren G. Grigsby born November 16, 1952 departed this life on Thursday – January 15, 2026 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 73-years old.  Warren was born in Hazard, Kentucky. The son of the late Carlisle Grigsby and the late Nettie Grigsby.  Other than his parents, Warren was also preceded in death by his brothers, Kager Grigsby, Gordan Grigsby, Wilber Grigsby; sisters, Susie Stacy, and Mary Louise Reed.

Warren is a member of the Vicco Church of God. Warren loved to work and enjoyed old cars.

Warren G. Grigsby had a blended family he leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Sarah Grigsby; sons, Warren G. Grigsby Jr."Pete" & Kathy of Hazard, Kentucky, Andrew Oliver of Vicco, Kentucky; daughters, Anna Perry of Hazard, Kentucky, Mary Grigsby of Hazard, Kentucky, Amy Herman & Joe of Hazard, Kentucky; brother, Wilmer Grigsby & Bertha of Virginia; grandchildren, Brittany Wooton, Angelia Combs, Dylan Grigsby, Megan Kennedy, David Grigsby, Isaiah Perry, Christian Perry, Sophia Perry, Josiah Herman, Wyatt Herman; great grandchildren, Triniti Colwell, Everli Colwell, and John A. Perry on the way.

Funeral Services for Warren G. Grigsby will be conducted on Wednesday- January 21, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at Hazard, KY with Randy Johnson officiating. The Interment will follow in the Curt Napier Cemetery located at Lotts Creek, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Wednesday- January 21, 2026 from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.
