Wayne Cagle, born September 19, 1943 departed this life on Thursday-July 2, 2026 in Melvindale, MI, being 82-years old. Wayne was born in Combs, Kentucky the son of the late Columbus Cagle and the late Vina Cagle, other than his parents Wayne was also preceded in death by brothers: Robert Cagle and his wife Edna, Columbus Cagle, Jr. and his wife Jean, Carl Cagle and his wife Doris; sister, Josephine Johnson.

Wayne leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory; his sisters, Evelyn Chance, Margaret Lane; brother-in- law, Wilmore Johnson, also a host of nieces and nephews, and other friends and family survive.

Funeral Services for Wayne Cagle will be conducted on Wednesday – July 15, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home.  The Interment will follow in the Combs Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be held at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00 – 1:00 P.M.
