William General Fraley born March 24, 1941 departed this life on Monday December 11, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 82-years old.  William was born in Hilton, Kentucky the son of the late Nolan, Sr. Fraley and the late Katherine Vitatoe Fraley.  Other than his parents, Williams was also preceded in death by his son, Terry Douglas Fraley; Grandson, Jordan Fraley; Five Sisters and One Brother.  William was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, enjoyed fishing, cats (especially Cinnamon), and loved going to his church at the 11th Hour Worship Center and serving his Lord & Savior.

William General Fraley leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 59-years, Eva Fraley of Hazard; son, Ricky Fraley & Teresa of Hazard; daughter, Hope Bolen & Doug of Hindman; three brothers, Nolan, Jr. Fraley of Hazard, Donnie Fraley of Hazard, and Ronnie Fraley of South Carolina; grandchildren, Grant Fraley & Keisha, Ryan Bolen & Tiffany Watts, Katie Fraley, Rebecca Fraley & D.J., and Connor Fraley; great-grandchildren, Graham Fraley, Kolesyn Jones, Ava Johnson, Finley Fraley, Easton Johnson, and Baylor Watts; special sister-in-law, Modeane Begley; special fur baby, Cinnamon; grand dog, Kash; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for William Fraley will be held on Friday evening at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. with additional services to be held at 7:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday December 16, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Terry Joseph, Grant Fraley, and Chris Walker officiating.  Military Rites will be conducted by the Hazard-Perry County D.A.V. Chapter #64.
