William Glen Fugate, born October 14, 1967 departed this life on Sunday-June 14, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, being 58-years old. William was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of L.D. Chat and the late Alice Fugate, other than his mother he was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Tinsley and Betty Fugate.

William leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory; his daughter, Kimberly Fugate; stepdaughter Crystal Smith (Roger); stepson, Timothy Engle (Debbie); brother, Darrell Fugate (Aleece); three grandchildren, Eric Engle, Zachary Smith, Kaelyn Smith. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.
