Willis Rodney Breeding born October 8, 1945 departed this life on Thursday November 23, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 78-years old. Willis was born in Isom, Kentucky the son of the late Arthur Breeding. Other than his Father, Willis was also preceded in death by his Brothers, J.D. Breeding, Homer Breeding, Roger Darrell Breeding, William Breeding, and Arthur Breeding; Sister, Shirley Ann Breeding Amburgey.

Willis Rodney Breeding leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Daughters, Sherry Briske & Paul of Belleville, MI, Pam Cameron & Brian of LaSalle, MI; Grandchildren, Kayla Keller, Kaycee Champion, Trevor Briske, and Eric Briske.
