Wilma Napier born September 20, 1964 departed this life on Saturday August 6, 2022 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 57-years old. Wilma was born at Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Charlie Melton and the late Betty Jane Collins. Other than her parents, Wilma was also preceded in death by One Brother, Bert Wayne Melton. Wilma loved being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Wilma Napier leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband, Conley Napier of Hazard; Son, Justin Mullins of Hazard; Daughters, Betty Mullins & Randy of Hazard, Sammy Neace & David of Bulan; Step-Daughters, Tina Smith & Tony of Bonnyman, Barbara Combs & Robert of Bulan, Jerri Sweet & Mike of Chavies, KY; One Brother, Joey Melton & Fannie of Sassafras, KY; Sisters, Valerie Standafer of Leslie County, KY, Patricia DeMaris & Dean of Bonnyman; Special Friends, Cody Bush, Shawn Bush, and Logan Combs; Seventeen Grandchildren, Twenty-One Great-Grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Wilma Napier will be conducted on Friday August 12, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Charlie Miller officiating. The Interment will follow in the Napier-Neace Cemetery located at Bulan, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
